Jockey
Richard Hughes picked-up a two-day ban (Saturday and Sunday, August 17 and 18)
following his winning ride on Pether's Moon in the RAC Handicap.
The
stewards found Hughes guilty of careless riding in that he had interfered with
the unplaced Royal Signaller. This was due to the fact he manoeuvred through an
insufficient gap.
